I think Tubby would be wise to hire Kyle for one very, very big project: Free throw shooting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our Achilles heel has been our free throw shooting. When it comes down to the end and it is a one-point game, you need to make those.

It's free points. We've just been having a lot of free throw shooting practices and it's helping.

I don't think the conflicts completely disappear but the transaction certainly helps alleviate some of that.

It's a big project and one that we desperately need.

If I could change one thing, it would be our free throw percentage.
