I think we got discouraged.

I did not want to get discouraged. This is where I am from. I don't think I should go all the way to Norfolk or Chesapeake to be a cop. This is where I live.

We were discouraged and felt a bit betrayed. It was very disappointing to learn that here you have someone you gave an opportunity to and they are stealing from you.

We would be so discouraged and think oh it's not going to happen and then we'd say,

I don't think you guys ever heard me say I wasn't pleased with the way he was playing until the last game. Even with all the other stuff that's going on every other week, I've never said anything except I was pleased with the way he's been playing and way he's trying. The last game, he was not aggressive. He shot the ball seven times. He deferred. I expressed that. That's one game.
