Nobody wants to get rid of all our traditions. We have to keep the ones that fit -- and tweak the ones that need to be kept up with the times.

People expect more today. Parents are getting ready to invest their most precious asset - their child - plus some money along the way. They're looking for high-quality teachers, a well-run, well-managed program, a good-looking property with the right kinds of resources.

I think we got a little complacent. We started getting banged around a little bit down the stretch, got a little frustrated and started letting it get to us.
