I think we'd be able to start (construction) this calendar year.

We knew we wouldn't be able to use the Garland lot as of last year due to all the construction. We had started thinking of alternative locations then.

It's kind of been a problem since the start of the year. We haven't been able to come out on a team and keep them down the whole game. We've gotten lackadaisical and then built the lead back up again. We've kind of been all over the place, and we really need to fix that.

The world is recognizing you can't keep building 1950s-style ranch houses because we don't have the land anymore. I don't think San Jose is any different. As all cities mature and grapple with land becoming more scarce, there's still a desire to build housing in a community.

Don't be fooled by the calendar. There are only as many days in the year as you make use of.

From that we may be able to start to get a picture of who was involved.
