I think we're going to have more guys that can help us than we did last year. I think we can get to eight guys who can come in and there's not much drop-off.

It's there. You can't be an offensive line and, no matter what's going on production-wise, not be confident. You're going to get beat if you have no confidence. We're confident, but we've got to get the production there. We still have another practice, and we can get a lot done in one day.

The thing you notice is the intensity of practice. We have a tempo that hasn't been at the University of Tennessee in a long time.

It's too expensive to hire the wrong person. Anything we can do to help us build the right team is worth it.
