I think you can start at birth by exposing kids to books and music that deal with money and money-related topics. Around age 3 or 4 you can expand their education with activities like counting, coloring, cash registers and playing store.

Call it "womb awe" or even "womb worship" but it's not simple envy. I don't remember even wanting to be a woman.
