I thought our defensive effort was fantastic. Most of their points came from the foul line. We really broke down what they wanted to do.

The foul trouble definitely hurt us because we were forced to play certain players out of position. We're young and I think we've begun to develop a certain toughness. We played well and I can't complain because South came out and simply did what they were supposed to do.

It's a strange situation. I've been on both sides of the bench, so I know how they feel.

(That run) was just one of those deals where we have a lot of underclassmen playing. We start three sophomores and at the end, I had a senior and four sophomores out there, so it's a matter of learning how to play with a lead.

They were just running a trapping three-quarter court press. We saw from (Wednesday) that if we could get the ball to the middle, we could break it down.

Offensively, we're really moving the ball well. We're getting a solid effort out of everybody on the field. I'm real pleased with what we've done this weekend and the fact that the things we really needed to work on, we've made improvements on, and that just sets the tone for the rest of the season.
