I thought there were a lot of positives out there. I think we're much improved over last year, but we're disappointed not to have come away with a win in our home opener.

This team is a lot better than the Division I-A teams we've played in the past. This is a football team that ... could be a BCS-bound type team.

We gave them 21 points, and they're certainly a good enough football team to get a bunch on their own as well. We were embarrassed by our performance in the first half. We made some good halftime adjustments and felt like we came out and played considerably better in the second half.

I don't regret coming down here. I knew we were going to face a very talented football team. I wish we would have come out of here with the score not being quite so lopsided.
