I try to catch Vick whenever I can, ... He's somebody I'll watch every Sunday, or I'll pay to watch.

I'm trying to be more selective and getting pitches to drive. I'm also trying to catch pitches out front more, ... Once I have somebody teach how to do that consistently, I won't have to pull my home runs all the time. And that's when my numbers will go up more.

We watch so much film, calling up pitch by pitch, count by count in order to spot tendencies. Technology is a big part of how I get ready for a game. What's funny is a lot of the NFL guys say they study the 'Madden' game; that's how they learn to read offenses and defenses.

This is our heritage. And somebody should take care of it.
