I understand the profession. When the offense is not productive, it falls on my shoulders. I'm not happy with the decision, but I have to move on.

Now that we're in it, of course, we're not going to take the attitude that we're just happy to be there.

That's what I want our offense to do, not to dwindle away at the end of the year when it's most important.

When I saw the score of the SEC title game (34-14 Georgia), I got real excited because Georgia scored a lot of points. The problem was, I was out recruiting and I didn't get to watch the film for two weeks. It's not like Georgia ran up and down the field. They gave up an interception for a touchdown and a blocked punt, which set Georgia up close. There were a couple of big plays LSU handed them.

When I have two guys on me, that's going to leave some people wide open. Three-on-four doesn't work out too well for the other side.

I'm not a strikeout pitcher. There are just some days when things are going well and it just all falls into place.
