I used to be competitive at one time. Then, I was only competitive in my age group. Now, I'm just a participant.

I was starting to warm up, and he came up to me and asked if he could work out with me. Of course, I knew who he was. We chatted like old friends. What a thrill to participate with world class athletes like that.

That was the best we shot in the first half in a long time. They went to a zone and we got them out of it.

The more I reviewed the situation, the more I kept coming back to the realization that it was time for a change. Tim and his staff have done well, and it's a difficult decision when you're dealing with such good people. But it was time for a change.

I'm retiring because my time is up.

We have high aspirations for the our program and after a lot of deliberation, I feel it is time for a change in leadership.
