I want a guy who can clean my gutters and kill my spiders - who's simple yet layered.

I seem to be attracted to the quiet, brooding type. But not too brooding. Too brooding can be narcissistic. Or psychotic.

Simple can be harder than complex: You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple.

That was a great at-bat. You never know if that has anything to do with the next guy, but when a guy makes a bunch of pitches on you, and he nubs the ball to shortstop and he beats it out, I think it takes something out of you. You've got to applaud Willy for hanging tough in that at-bat.

Going after 'the bad guy' has not been a real issue for me.
