I want to focus on economic development. I want to work on things to make our county more attractive to agriculture development.

We've been able to work through that situation favorably for the county. We will continue to work on favorable ways to work with offenders and work with the state.

She puts in a lot of extra work already. This just organizes it to focus on these initiatives.

That's just a small example of things to come.

Once I get the plays down, then I can focus on post moves, which I need to work on. I just don't want to do anything wrong. I want to get it right. If I pick up on things quicker than most people, that will make me stand out a little more.
