I wanted my children to understand that not all children get everything they ask for or want. That not all children have parents. I called around and asked about foster homes and found out about Everyday Blessings.

What upsets me most is that our children are not protected. Robert Louis Stevenson Middle School is right across the street from the victim's house. You have 6- and 7-year-old kids walking to school. I don't know if I'm going to let my kids walk to school now. When a violent crime occurs, all the schools should be notified.

Maybe Jon, Joseph and I are children at heart, ... And we've also worked together on a couple of other productions, like 'Boomers.'

They're getting the camps that got great feedback from parents and children. We wouldn't give them anything that wasn't tested and kid approved.

This is early intervention. We're trying to avoid children being classified for special ed, we're trying to avoid children being retained, and we're trying to bolster self-esteem.

Nobody believes that domestic violence kills and nobody believes it is detrimental to children. This world has got to wake up. To me, if there is domestic violence, if the children see it or hear it, that to me is detrimental. Batterers should not have rights to children.
