I was concerned about playing a game on the first day of school. We've always thought one of our worst days of practice every year is the first day of school.

I thought really at half-time they had the momentum swinging in their direction.... It easily could have been 21-21 at half-time.

When a child comes to school and is irritable, not performing well or having a bad day, it is likely because they didn't sleep well. Some kids are kind of misunderstood in behavior problems because they are sleep-deprived. Whatever is keeping them up, they don't get enough rest, and you can see it the next day in their behavior. They are lethargic and not involved.

We talked about that a lot this week -- about being focused on the road... We kinda tried to treat it like a playoff game.

Our kids came out and really executed well in the early first quarter and the beginning of the second quarter.

After they kinda settled in and got back on their feet. They really knocked us around for a while.
