I improved the most on defense, my one-on-one defense. This year, I had more focus. I was always into the game and more focused.

I was happy to be a sophomore and to be the Valley District player of the year.

There's been nobody after practice, so they've just been playing. It's because they love to play the game. They're having fun, but they're serious, too. They get into it, it looks like. I never watch. I just go home and sleep.

This is a hopeful signal that the trend of downturns will reverse. International students play such a large part of graduate education in the U.S.
