I was in the office area and I started smelling smoke. I went downstairs and smoke started coming throughout the market.

I started smelling burnt rubber. I looked around, and (the kitchen) was just smoke-filled.

Since Wednesday morning, we've worked hard in getting this place cleaned up and aired out so we could meet our own deadline of being open by Saturday. A lot of people came by and supported our efforts.

Only a couple of employees were supposed to be here. Close to our entire staff came in on their own to help clean up. We appreciate that. We've also had phone calls and community members stopping by to give us a hand. It's a little bit overwhelming.

We will play in the Hampstead, Wilmington-Myrtle Beach area throughout the fall, winter and spring.
