My number wasn't called for the big play today. We wanted to go for the underneath plays.

With a lot of college coaches, they just look at your size. They don't care how you play. It bothered me at first. I love pitching, but I also like playing, and I'll play anywhere.

It's very difficult to go that route. When I've needed help, I've had people there. Mentally, you need a best friend to talk to. I talk to my brother (Nathan) nearly every day, whether I'm playing good or bad, because he understands the game.
