I was pleased with the response that my team showed after giving up a goal. They put their shoulders back and fought harder, and ultimately that's what you are looking for from a young team.

There was an unparalleled level of initial giving after the tsunami, and the Internet has made donations even easier. But the donations are only as valuable as their use: aid agencies need to be able to account for how efficiently and effectively they use donations, and for how timely their response is.

This group of players just needs to learn that it's a fast-paced game and they've got to play hard and play fast all the time. There's no better lesson than getting your butt kicked at home.
