I was pleased with the way our kids played. They kept their cool when things got tough.

A sense of pride is on line. They want to play well because these kids all know each other.

Take care of the ball, no turnovers and not giving up big plays.

Everybody going to the Concourse expects to see some table with an ulterior motive with kids that want to do something or get you to do something. I decided that if I did this, it would probably cheer people up as they were walking to classes and that a table without a reason would really be the most productive of all.

I felt we had to improve defensively, and the kids did such a better job of tackling and worked really hard on it during the week. We went up against as good a running back as we'll possibly see all year. Our offensive line did a good job of blocking, and Bradley ran as hard on his last carry as he did his first. I'm proud of the whole team for what they've accomplished so far.
