I was pretty happy with the way boys ran despite the score. Holy Ghost is always a tough meet for us. The boys are still showing improvement. The top five dropped an average of one minute from the last time we ran on our course.

In this case, I'm pretty confident we got it right. But I'm telling you we're going to be faced with a bunch of these ... where I honestly do not know if we got it right or not.

This is the week for the big boys to stand up, and for the little boys to sit down. I hope I'm standing at the end.

We've had a pretty good season, ... The boys did a good job, they put up good numbers and it was good enough to win.

We've been bringing in some of the varsity boys to simulate the size and quickness, and it's worked pretty well. It's an adjustment for our kids. They're very mature young ladies, and they understand we're bringing (the boys) in to make them better.

The boys are pretty hungry out there.
