I was raised not to be rude, but I also try to get the best work out of people.

It's how I'm wired. If I'm not the best at something, it ticks me off, and I want to work harder to be the best. It's also the way I was raised.

The best work I can do is to take myself as much as I can out of it and get it as simple as I can.

Very often out of adversity that's when the best work comes.

All I know is that my best work has come out of being committed and happy.
