I was there and all the walls were black and the phones were sitting there and not ringing and I was thinking, what have I done.

I remember being in awe the very first time we ever sold a PC and that somebody trusted us with $5,000. I was like 'Wow, we really have got to make this PC special for this person.' I'm very proud to say that to this day, that still exists.
