I welcome the additional investment... it safeguards the current 24-hour doctor led service, which many feared to be at risk.

Presence is an important tool. There's no question that people understand now that we don't have officers out there 24 hours a day. If they knew we were out there are at 3, 4, 5 in the morning, I believe that would have an impact.

The difference here is you're talking about a service that's 24/7 for a particular genre in a marketplace that is about niche programming, and this is a fairly large niche. So you don't need a huge amount of people to watch your network at any given time to create a business.

For the last two-and-a-half years we have made every effort to provide 24/7 service, but we have leaned that we are not as young as we used to be and the lack of sleep is much more important than it used to be.

We are focused on investment in the service area.

They're entitled to recover their reasonable cost of providing service and a fair profit on their investment, ... But there's no doubt going to be a big battle over how much that is.
