I will be a real challenge for us to finish in the top four. The kids are going to have to play very well because we're going to face some top pitching again this year.

Casey is our lynch-pin. She's experienced, poised and a real solid competitor. She will keep us in every game.

We are going to get down to basics. Hopefully, we will still compete in the division and challenge for a playoff spot.

There is no pressure on us. The kids are focused, and they are actually looking forward to this challenge. I like that. I mean, no question they know what we're in for and they know how good College Hill is. But we want to just go out and play, have some fun and give an effort.

Each year the recruiting is getting better. Better kids are looking at us, and we're getting more of the blue-chip players, so I think the improvements are still coming. I think the next couple years it's really going to take off.

Having no penalties for us, that was just huge. We were down late in the game and our kids were still flying around to the football trying to make anything happen. That effort and positive attitude is what is going to help us throughout our season.
