I wish it had been a unanimous vote but we had some outstanding candidates.

We started the process in October, had 12 candidates which we reduced to three, then two, and today was the day the decision was made.

We're going to do our best to expedite it as much as possible.

We can't change the rules in mid-stream. The most recent ordinance says they can live anywhere in the state of Arkansas and I'm comfortable with our decision.

I feel very uncomfortable we tried to do a unanimous thing because we changed a vote.

It's quite a ringing endorsement to get a recommendation to have it back on the market with a unanimous vote.
