I work closely with my disabled participants, making sure they know how to perform the exercises safely and to get the most out of the class.

The looks on their faces are wonderful. They seem so relaxed and at one with themselves. It's the look of someone who's on the path to obtaining physical and mental stability.

Tell you the truth, I don't remember. Maybe two years ago, maybe half a day. Soak 'em up and send the golfers back out.
