I would be at a complete loss as to what prayer to use in such a diverse community. What prayer could we use that wouldn't be offensive to someone?

It was a loss to the community, so we wanted to reopen it. We've got more enforcement officers now.

The President gives Prayer Breakfasts. He almost invariably has at them, from the Jewish community, the most Orthodox hard-line rabbis he can find, or that can be found for him. The liberals are under-represented, or not represented at all.

I would be surprised if four members of council actually agreed on this though.
