I would say it was immoral and unethical.

In fact, his constant mantra is he doesn't want anybody doing anything that's immoral, illegal or unethical.

I think "immoral" is probably the wrong word to use... I prefer the word "unethical."

We haven't done anything unlawful, unethical or unprecedented.
