I wouldn't say we're the best (every year). But to be the best you have to go through us. I thought they were a very scrappy team, had a lot of hustle and were basketball savvy.

The more involvement you have with students and raise expectations the better the education will be. When the expectations of the family are there with the expectations and accountability of the employees, then we will be where we need to be.

We have to address the growth. Equally as important is college readiness for our average student population.

MUM has a history of working on issues of restorative justice for 32 years. What we do specifically is the re-entry piece and specifically this project, which is called 'The Journey Home.' We work with housing, employment, support and treatment for formerly incarcerated men and women.

The SAP system has afforded us a lot of visibility and access to information that we didn't have before. We were on at least three different materials resource planning (MRP) systems. Access to information and the ability to analyze the information was limited, at best.
