I'll continue to try to make changes to better improve the team.

Over the years, we've taken steps to improve and build better embassies and to secure them. We continue to do that on a regular basis. Every one of our embassies as a matter of record each year has to review their security system and many do more frequently. We get 30,000 threats each year and we take those seriously and they often require reviews of embassy security, ... Late Edition.

Our team is still hibernating. But if our guys can avoid getting down, I think we will continue to improve and will be competitive in the Western Slope League this season.

We were going to have to experiment, and we needed to develop our younger players. And a lot of the changes were because of injuries. But that's where I give a lot of credit to the group in terms of being able to maintain things.

I've always believed no matter how many shots I miss, I'm going to make the next one.

I believe in the players and what I've put together and we'll make it work.
