He's been a notoriously slow starter, but you can't let yourself get caught up in that. He's not, but that's been the history of the way he performs. He's working hard. Sometimes, he gets a little too cerebral at the plate and starts thinking too much. When that happens, everything seems to slow down.

We try to flip on the switch too much. We think we can just turn it on. We've got to flip the switch on when the game starts. We can't feel like we can turn it on when our backs are against the wall and come back.

We know customers can't just flip a switch and move to a new OS. We want to make sure they simply deploy the pieces they're ready for, when they're ready for them.
