I'm kind of getting more excited about developing my own stuff, or getting involved early in projects and doing my best to make things that I care about happen.

I was excited to make my own 'Neverland.'

When I'm nervous, I know I care about something - you should be nervous about things that you want.

I'm developing more stuff in my voice, more Nick Swardson. It's me as myself in a sense and kind of in my voice, no accent no affectation. I'm growing into my own persona.

When I'm playing with the band or playing with some projects or some of my own stuff it's about the musical approach. That would be the more turntablist approach to things of where it's strictly about music.

I've become really interested in permaculture, simplifying my life and doing everything I can to develop more of a sustainable lifestyle.
