I'm not one who's big on accolades and all those things. I did my job and I'm proud of what I did and how I did it.

I could jump, I was quick, I could catch and all those types of things, but when it came to just flat out speed, that's something I had to work really hard at.

[All in all] I'm proud of the job I did,

I do not regret the things I've done, but those I did not do.

I'm proud of my work and how far I've come, and I'm proud of the way that I did it.

Sam did a great job. I'm proud of the way he's come in both times and competed.
