I'm surrounded by geniuses, which is really not good for my own personal self-esteem!

I'm the kindest, most supportive friend ever, probably to my own detriment, but I hope that I am toughening up a little bit.

Prior to being bullied, I was a very footloose sixth-grader. You know, I was quirky, I was creative - I really felt good in my own body. And when I was bullied in seventh grade, my self-esteem tanked.

I'm surprised that I've survived my own dysfunction, really.
