IT issues don't necessarily break down ideologically. The middle of each party comes together and works together to get each issue done.

You have seen a small sea change on [Capitol Hill] where members are more understanding that technology is changing quickly and it's hard for the regulatory area to keep up with it.

The industry wasn't built around the government and historically hasn't been regulated by the government. It prides itself for not being beholden to Washington.

We actually considered canceling it. We sat down and asked if we should have this big party. And we were told that we should do it, go for it and give people a diversion from all that.

It was Elvis, and they were going to have a party or something... So he came over to the house and... whoever was at the house knew that Elvis was coming over, so they were hiding behind the curtain. My father was out watering the garden. And he would always ask me to sing, and he'd want to sing harmony. And it was all very exciting.
