I'd hoped to be at the next (supervisors) meeting before then to thank everyone, but that probably won't happen now.

I think that until we get further indication, probably in the next Fed meeting, of where the Fed is in terms of raising rates, that the market's going to stay in a range. After we get that, the fundamentals behind tech are so fantastic, that it's going to yield some support for the second half of the year.

We've always known that it's gonna happen. We just hoped it would happen while he was here. Because, he's just too skilled.

It's really kind of neat because it's just really what I had hoped for and believed - but probably more hoped for - that my best years were still ahead of me when I had my injuries,

It's time. ... We've got to take the next step. With Chicago, Orlando, Atlanta and other places upgrading their facilities, if we're going to continue to grow ... we've got to have the core facility for the city to be at the top of its game.

The plan is a crystal ball for understanding what will happen over the next five years.
