I'd like it to stay a quaint little town,

The challenge down there in South Bend is that they've got this quaint, beautiful little town, and a lot of people pass through there, but there's not a lot of places for them to stop. Not only is there a need for more places for people to stop, but to make room for them to stop.

We originally came here because it was a nice small town, and it had a quaint little downtown area.

We don't want those who are illegal seeking residency in our town.

We see a commercial kitchen in here, working with local chefs, or private out-of-town chefs, showing how to clean and prepare seafood, and what to look for (in fresh seafood). We want to make sure that stays in the idea.

There's so many issues in that town that are not being addressed,
