If anything is certain, it is that change is certain. The world we are planning for today will not exist in this form tomorrow.

Change should be a friend. It should happen by plan, not by accident.

Employers are very focused on 'today,' on their bottom lines. They are not doing the kind of planning needed to identify their critical needs and how mature workers can play a role in labor force shortages.
