If being the year-end number one was my main goal, I would have entered more tournaments. If it happens, great. If it doesn't, that's not going to make my year worse.

I feel better this year than I did last year. I've had a really tough draw so far. I really still feel like everything has to be at your best, especially against Amelie. She mixes her game up so well. She can be very aggressive but then she can mix in the slices and the spin ball.

After the year I had last year, this is just the cherry on the cake. Obviously, it's a great feeling to get back to No. 1. It's always nice to get there.

No-one can take that away from me anymore.

I've been saying all year that my main goal is to keep having fun and learning.
