If I had my time again and was able to change one thing from my career then I wouldn't have retired. I would have played for Wales longer.

I have won 85 caps and have had a great career with Wales and have enjoyed every minute of it.

What is it one yearns for? It is to be able to do a thing for the first time again. And that is impossible.

I'm very wholehearted. I want to concentrate on one thing in my life at one time.

It is good we are still talking about our chances of winning cups at this time of year. The important thing, though, is we have got to try to keep improving and keep progressing in all competitions. We have got to roll our sleeves up as there is a lot of hard work ahead. But if anyone is prepared to do that, it will be this group of players.

Change is the one thing we can be sure of.
