If the federal government ends the peace by moving in to arrest these demonstrators, then it will be the responsibility of President Clinton, because he is the commander in chief,

They may remove us, but there will be many others to follow,

There will be peace when the dictator is out of that palace,

Are we going to go out and arrest and detain and deport 11 million people? Nobody would argue that that is what we are going to do, because we have never demonstrated the political will to do that, nor have we ever committed the requisite resources to do that.

But still we will play this match with the same professional responsibility as any other before.
