If the people like watching me, see me as an example of someone succeeding, as a young guy who has the will to win, then I'm happy.

If I see a young guy sometime watching me or watching what I do, I've got to take that into account. If they see me out there working hard and running full speed and making plays, that's going to make everybody say, 'Oh, I want to do that.' So, it's kind of leading by example.
