Whether we were doing the minimum-wage increase or not this year, the wages were still going to go up because of the market. There always will be people who need to start at minimum wage, but there are not many people that have to in this market.

The human resources directors are just tearing their hair out.

Many are actually stealing workers from each other.

In a slower market, we see them show the flag and just have a presence. In a market like this, anything that they can do to get an edge, they're going to do. Anything that gives you a leg up on the competition and helps you bring in people, you should be employing it in this market.
