The city's allegation that Larry Silverstein would walk away with $500-plus-million in the event of a default, leaving an unfinished project, is quote unquote ridiculous and misleading.

We cannot build until the government completes the excavation and the site preparation that is necessary for towers 2, 3, 4 and 5 to go forward, and it is unfair to seek to scapegoat Mr. Silverstein for those delays.

The city's analysis is totally contradictory. If the downtown office space is as weak as their pessimistic projections, then the value of these buildings is zero.

That's up to him. But I'm sure it's unlimited.

He's got one of those goals that's way higher than high school. He's so focused on making it to the Olympics. He's one of those rare kids that only come around so often.
