There's safety in numbers. Kids need to go places in numbers, versus being isolated and by themselves.

You run smack dab into the conflict between protecting the safety of children versus protecting the rights of the innocent. Those two things are a perfect storm of conflict. The safety of children should trump, but we don't have the mechanism in place to make that happen.

It's going to be a fun place for the kids to go and all in a zone of safety.
