If we produce 20 percent of the country's wheat in this little number here, you've got to believe the impact it's going to have on the national production, ... I mean we're going to run into food shortages no doubt in my mind, for political gain.

That's huge for the wheat industry.

I don't want to talk about Kyoto, or netballers, or the wheat commission, or the crime commission, or the tsunamis, or the world wars that have gone on, terrorism. I just want to talk about the game.

I believe that anyone can become better, if you put in the effort.

Going back to the early '90s, the mill ground 90 percent durum and 10 percent hard red spring wheat. Now, we grind 90 percent spring wheat and 10 percent durum. There's been a lot of consolidation in the pasta industry, with the big plants building their own mills, so the market pretty much went away for mills such as ours. Now, we package some durum for smaller, specialty-type pasta manufacturers.

Modeling is my number one priority - one hundred percent.
