If you look at what we are doing in Green Bay, we are trying to get positioned to be long-term competitive. We are well on our way.

One of the nice things about tissue is we are not losing market share. We are No. 1 in our industry and we intend to stay there.

We are not backing off. We are putting money in here. We are putting in seven brand new pieces of converting equipment. There will be more.

As a company, we studied our competitive position and tested where we were really weak.

There's a lot of things. That's the mystery and we're trying to figure it out. I can't give you an answer because we don't know what the answer is. This week, we're doing a lot of soul-searching trying to correct it before this game.

It's just unfortunate that something went wrong in this case. We're trying to find out what happened so it doesn't happen again. Sprint is very concerned, and we certainly apologize to the family.
