If you think about it, it makes sense. A lot of people who live in our community are no longer part of the work force, and many have been longtime donors.

You no longer live for yourself

We're going to be asking for more staff to do outreach in the community. We're going out into the streets talking with people. It will be a community effort.

These are not first-time volunteers. They are very community-minded, and they have long histories of doing really cool stuff with United Way and other charities across the country.

Jazz can be so serious, no sense of humor.

I know of no better place to live in, and till the millennium comes, Stamford cannot be made a better place to live.
