If you're able to be yourself, then you have no competition. All you have to do is get closer and closer to that essence.

The main thing is that they're getting regular practice and regular competition. They're exposed every day to first-class cricketers in an environment conducive to developing their game. The work we do with the young guys especially is very individual based. It focuses on the deficiencies in their technique and also on any deficiencies in the mental side of their game.

You don't know, your stomach's just turning and that's what I think competition is about too. It's giving your all until the end because you don't know until it's over.
